Bibi Amandeep Kaur, sister of Bhai Harpinder Singh Goldy (Pamma), was only 20 when she was arrested, tortured, raped, and ultimately killed by the Punjab Police through its black cats on 23rd January 1992. After her marriage in October 1991, she, along with her father and husband, was abducted by SSP Harkishan Kahlon and his team, who subjected them to brutal torture. Her family endured extreme abuse, and her Canadian Citizen husband was forced to flee India. Despite going into hiding, Bibi Amandeep Kaur was lured back home by false promises from the police. On January 23, 1992, she was shot dead by masked gunmen (Police Cat) on Kahlon's orders.
